Why is "Move to Dropbox" grayed out?
There are a few reasons why the button may be grayed out:
- Dropbox is not installed or running, ensure that it is running and all files have been synced first before trying again
- There might be another 1Password.agilekeychain folder inside Dropbox. If you already configured 1Password to use Dropbox elsewhere, then tell 1Password to use that data file
Note: Wait for Dropbox to finish its sync before continuing on to your other computers and mobile devices. There’ll be a green checkmark when it is done.
